The boy and his parents were on the Today show and his parents sai they weren't at the game. I doubt they would have let him lean over the railing if they were at the game. Have some sympathy, they were worried when they got the call.

Maybe the parents should think about putting little johnny with more responsible people
The boy was at the game with 10u All-Star Team from NJ. It was a team trip.
